For virtual products such as IPTV subscription user account / pincode,etc
Generally sent by email or message in 24h.
You can also find it in the waybill number column and remarks column on your order sheet.


For physical products such as boxes:
Stocking/Lead time:
1-3 business days generally.

Shipping:
We will send your package to you by the express company you requested. Sometimes, we will also choose a most suitable express company (on the basis of guaranteeing timeliness and facilitating your customs clearance) to send the package to you. Please understand us.

Shipping process:

1) Preparing and packing goods.
2) Send the parcel (package) to our local express company agent. Generally it takes 1 business day on the way.
3) When the agent receives the parcel, they will deliver it to you and tell us the tracking number.
4) We post the tracking number on your order sheet and inform you by email. If late on the information, please wait a little time.


Tracking:
When shipped, we will post the tracking number into the waybill number column on your order sheet. Your order status will be updated to "Shipped" by the system. You will also be notified by your registered email with this tracking number. Along with tracking number, you can enter the shipping company's official website to check the shipping trail/status of your package.
